How to make a Reservation:
Call or write an e-mail, telling the date you want to come, indicating the cottage, apartment or room you would prefer. From this on, you have 48 hours to pay the whole amount at La Maison de la Bolivie, travel agency in La Paz. If you do not pay within this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
Exception: We accept reservations by phone or email only if you are traveling abroad or you pass quickly through La Paz. In that case, call us two days before your arrival to Sol y Luna, in order to confirm your reservation.
You can do your payment in cash, by bank within Bolivia or by Western Union from abroad. Please call or write to La Maison de la Bolivie for more information.
The minimum to get a reservation is for two nights. If you want to stay only one night, can call at 71561626 the moment you arrive to Coroico and we will see what we can offer you.
Necessary information for a reservation:
Cottage, apartment or room of your preference
Day of your arrival and departure (Check in and check out dates)
How many nights you are planning to stay
How many people (In double beds, single beds)
If you come with children and what their ages are. Children until 12 years pay half price.
If you come by your own car. In order to keep a parking place for your car at Sol y Luna.
A phone number to be in contact with you.
To cancel a reservation:
- If you inform 4 days before your check in at La Maison de la Bolivie, 100% of your advanced payment will be given you back.
- If you inform only 3 days before your check in date – or even less – we will stay with the payment of one night.
- In case of no-show, we will stay with the full payment.
Private cars and parking:
For coming to Sol y Luna in Coroico and returning to La Paz, we recommend you private or shared tourist transport service offered by La Maison de la Bolivie. It is quick and comfortable. Sol y Luna’s parking lot is small. For this reason, we have to reduce the number of private cars we can admit.
The security of your car is your own responsibility.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
